The polish is the product. A branded racing build where the graphics polish was the retention mechanic.
The brief
Nativv wanted a branded game that people would return to rather than try once. The working theory was that in a category where the mechanic is familiar, the finish is what differentiates — so the brief was as much about craft as about features.
The constraint that shaped it
Android covers an enormous hardware range. A racing build has to look convincing on a flagship and stay playable on a mid-range device, which means the visual quality that justifies the project cannot be allowed to break the frame rate that sustains it.
What we built
- A 3D racing experience built for a broad Android device range
- Real-time rendering and asset budgets tuned per device tier
- Simulation-led handling intended to feel learnable rather than arcade-random
- Branded art direction applied across the environment, not bolted onto a generic template
Shipped
Delivered as a client build on Android.

Retention and session data belong to Nativv. We have not been given approval to publish figures, so none appear here.
What it proves
That brand gaming lives or dies on execution quality, and that performance budgeting is a design decision rather than a cleanup pass. That constraint is identical to the one a playable ad operates under.
