What loads on arrival
The following configured providers load automatically when JavaScript runs, before you accept our policies. They may be blocked by your browser or extensions.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics measures page views, scroll depth, link clicks, enquiry submissions, calendar interactions and game activity, including the selected brand and score. It can use cookies to distinguish visits and receives technical information about your browser, device, page and referring source. Our custom analytics events do not include enquiry names, email addresses or message text.

Meta Pixel
Meta Pixel sends a PageView event when a page loads. It can use cookies and receive page, browser, network and advertising identifier information for advertising measurement and audience matching. Meta may associate this activity with information it already holds. This website does not explicitly send contact-form fields to Meta or configure automatic advanced matching in its code; additional settings may be controlled in Meta Events Manager.

What “Accept & Continue” does
Clicking the button means you agree to our use of cookies and accept this Cookie Policy and our Privacy Policy. It also dismisses the banner. We store the accepted policy version in your browser’s local storage under nv-policy-acceptance so the banner stays dismissed on later pages and visits in that browser. Opening a policy link or continuing to browse does not record acceptance. If browser storage is unavailable, the banner is dismissed for the current page only. Previous values under nv-tracking-notice or nv-consent are not treated as acceptance. Analytics and advertising technologies already load on arrival; clicking the button does not change when they load.
Browser controls and retention
This website does not currently offer an in-site tracking opt-out. Browser privacy settings and content blockers may limit requests or cookies. Deleting site data removes local cookies and the stored policy acceptance, but does not delete information already received by providers or prevent new requests on a later visit.
Analytics and advertising data retention depends on provider policies and the settings of our Google Analytics and Meta accounts. The acceptance record remains in local storage until you clear it or it is replaced by a newer policy version.
Forms, booking and other pages
Submitting a form sends your entered details to Web3Forms to deliver the enquiry to us. Opening the embedded booking calendar loads Google Calendar, which may use its own cookies. The Portfolio and Blogs sections are served separately by WordPress; this implementation does not configure their tracking.
